What is the average lead time for a Millie & Co. product?

For case good and upholstery items, our current lead time is 16 weeks from order placement to completion. Every piece is custom and handmade to order. (I know, right!) All lead times are approximate and do not include shipping times. We do our best to honor the estimated lead time but are not responsible for any production or shipping delays. If any delays occur, we will notify you via email with a status update as soon as possible. Trust us: Our furniture is worth the wait!


What if the color of my furniture appears different from the color seen on the screen?

While the images of furniture intend to display the color options to the best of our ability, they may appear differently on different screens, thus there are no guarantees on the appearance of
furniture colors.


What payment is due when the order is placed?

For all orders, payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. And don’t worry: We do not hold credit card information on file.


How does shipping and delivery work?

Once you’ve ordered your custom piece—happy dance—we charge a flat-rate shipping fee based on the delivery address. All orders will ship via third party carriers, so shipping lead times will vary. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with delivery information included.

We ship to the continental United States. (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Sorry y’all!) Shipments requiring ferry service, access to gated communities, and other special services are subject to additional fees, as charged by the freight company.

All items are delivered via “Threshold Delivery”. Upon delivery, each item will be delivered packaged to the first dry area of your home.

Prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to coordinate your delivery date and time window. You and the delivery team take it from here!


Can I cancel or return my order?

No breakups allowed. Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final.

Damage Control

My product was damaged when it was delivered. What are the next steps?

Yikes! But we got you. We consider claims reported within 24 hours of delivery and if damages are noted on the delivery paperwork.

We work diligently to make sure all items are shipped in pristine condition without damages. Each furniture piece is inspected at each stage of production and must pass a final inspection before it is released for shipping. Pictures of each piece are taken prior to shipment. Although we entrust our work with verified, insured shippers, transit damages, although rare, can occur.

We ask that you fully inspect your items while the delivery team is present and make a note of any freight damages on the delivery paperwork. Even if the delivery team takes photos and advises that they will notify us, we ask that you also take photos of the damaged product as well as packaging and email our team this information.


How do you recommend cleaning/caring for the products?

We believe furniture is meant to be well-loved! However, it’s not indestructible and must be treated with some TLC from time to time.

To clean case good items, we recommend using a damp microfiber cloth. Avoid excessive rubbing and sliding styling pieces on the tabletop. We highly recommend sourcing a glass top to protect the tabletop of your piece. Do not place hot dishes directly on the table. Spills should be wiped up immediately with a damp cloth to avoid staining. Avoid the use of chemicals and abrasives as these may damage the finish. Do not sit or stand on the tabletop and avoid bumping the table to prevent structural cracking or damages.

Upholstery care is based on the specific fabric manufacturer and will be provided to you upon purchase.

Millie and Co furniture pieces are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading or dye-lot variation. Please note, all furniture items are intended for indoor use only.


Where did my favorite product go?

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
